Poi - Ballchain

Poi is the almost considered the standard for fire spinning. They come in a pair.

Poi has a Kevlar wick (varying in type from Kevlar-coated Armid Fiberglass to Pure Kevlar, as all wicking does).

The wick is connected to the handles with ballchain, welded chain, or cable wire (There are a few other things that could be used such as dog chain).

When ball chain is not used there are heavy duty swivels.

The handles are made of either leather or nylon with a brass grommet.

We use a variety of length of poi from less than a foot long to nearly four feet.
