| Alternating | one spins forward, other spins backward |
| Ankle Wrap | Reverse Butterfly, lift leg back, swing behind and wrap ankle |
| Arm Wrap | forward, bring forearm to bicep together wrapping both |
| Around Calf Wrap | Spin, wrap both calves |
| Around the World | Weave, Reverse Weave, Reverse Weave high, Weave high |
| Around the World Butterfly | Butterfly, 180 degree turn, Reverse Butterfly |
| Around Thigh Wrap | Spin, wrap thights |
| As the World Turns | Weave, 180 degree turn, Reverse Weave |
| Backroll | Butterfly, laying on back, throw legs over head and get on knees |
| Backroll stall | Butterfly, laying on back, throw legs over head and hold Butterfly over ass |
| Backroll Weave | Backroll with Weave instead of Butterfly |
| Backroll Weave Stall | Backroll Stall with Weave instead of Butterfly |
| Backward | right spin clockwise at the side, left counterclockwise |
| Bicep Wrap | Butterfly, wrap both biceps |
| Bicycle | staggered with spin inside in between arms |
| Big Butterfly | one small circle and one large w/arms extended |
| Big Weave | Weave with Large Weave |
| Broken Windmill | windmill with stall |
| Butterfly | spinning inward hands together |
| Butterfly Around | Butterfly, 180 degrees turn, Reverse Butterfly |
| Butterfly Stall | Butterfly, Stall, Reverse Butterfly |
| Butterfly Wrap | Butterfly, wrap both biceps |
| Calf Wrap | flat wrap around calf |
| Chase | Rolling one over the other not rolling |
| Chase Turn | Chase, 180 degree turn, Reverse Chase |
| Chasing the Moon | Twist with one spin behind the back at hip level |
| Chasing the Sun | Twist with one spin over shoulders |
| Corkscrew | flat Windmill |
| Cradle | Inward & Outward Stalls without spin |
| Cross | crossing arms in front, spin to other sides |
| Cross Wheel | Together inside and outside spin |
| Crossover | one arm crosses in front and the other over head |
| Crouching Tiger | split one flat spin low and one flat spin over head |
| Cycle | Alternating inside to outside |
| Double Ankle Wrap | Reverse Butterfly, lift leg back, swing behind and wrap both around ankle |
| Double Bicep Wrap | Butterfly, wrap both biceps |
| Double Flutter | Split Butterfly in front twice and then twice behind back low |
| Double Neck Wrap | both flat in to both wrapped around neck |
| Double Push Back | Double Push Through but one spin behind back |
| Double Push Through | Push Through but two spins in front |
| Double Release | toss both poi up at once |
| Double Swank | Double Flutter but low |
| Double Weave | Weave with an extra spin on same side |
| Flat | spin flat under arms near body |
| Flutter | Split Butterfly in front and one over head |
| Flying Sawmill | Sawmill, extend arms & turn 360 degrees |
| Foot Pass | lift leg up and spin under foot |
| Foot Wrap | Lift leg up and wrap foot |
| Forearm Wrap | Butterfly wrap one forearm |
| Forward | right one spins counterclockwise at the side, left spins clockwise |
| Forward Stall | forward once stall back |
| Frontroll | forward, roll forward to feet |
| Frontroll Butterfly | Butterfly, bend over, Butterfly between legs and roll forward |
| Gypsy | turning around while changing from right to left twist |
| Helicopter | both flat over head inward |
| High Low Flutter | Fluttering but one high and one low |
| High Low Soaring | Soaring but one high and one low |
| High Low Triple | Reverse Butterfly with a both spun over shoulders then low behind back |
| High Low Turn | forward, turn body 45 degrees, behind back the over head |
| High Thigh Wrap | lifting leg wrap around thigh |
| High Low Switch | Under leg to above head, one leg at a time |
| High Turn | forward, 180 degree turn w/spin over shoulder, reverse |
| Hip Turn | Forward, 180 degree turn w/spin behind back, Reverse |
| Horsey Jump | Together Corkscrew, jump over both |
| Hoover | both hands flat |
| Inward | both spin counter clockwise in the front |
| Jumprope | flat spin and jump, spin flat under feet |
| Kel | Twist, alternating one in front and one in back |
| Kip Up | Butterfly on back & kip up |
| Large Butterfly | large circles with arms extended |
| Large Weave | Weave with extended arms |
| Leg Spin | forward, turn body 90 degrees, spin between legs once during turn |
| Leg Turn | forward, lift leg up in front, spin inside once and swing leg |
| Low Turn | forward, 180 degree turn w/spin behind back, reverse |
| Mexican Weave | Butterfly both and split every other over shoulders |
| Mixer | Hoover alternating |
| Neck Wrap | flat spin one over head other wrap around neck |
| One Handed Butterfly | one handed Butterfly |
| Open Butterfly | Big Butterfly and the both over shoulders |
| Outward | both spin clockwise in the front |
| Pole Wrap | legs together wrap in one direction |
| Push Through | Butterfly with switching hands comes back and forth |
| Push Through Stall | Push Through with a stall under forearm |
| Push Through Wrap | Push Through but wrapping your forarm |
| Quesadilla | Mexican Weave only flat |
| Release | toss poi up and catch the handle |
| Reverse | Right spin clockwise at the side, left counter clockwise |
| Rollover | Twist, laying on back, spin legs in air and Twisting, arm under leg |
| Salsa | Weave but with switching hands over the head |
| Sawmill | as Windmill but arms are extended when brought down |
| Shiva | Bent forward, Butterfly behind back |
| Shoulder Turn | Forward, 180 degree turn w/spin over shoulder, Reverse |
| Shoulder Wrap | Forward, across back over opposite shoulder |
| Side Pedaling | Bicycle except horizontal instead of vertical |
| Single Calf Wrap | Wrap one poi around calf |
| Single Thigh Wrap | Wrap one poi around thigh |
| Sling | Twist over the head |
| Soaring | Butterfly both circle in front and both over shoulders |
| Spin | Flat Twist |
| Spin Calf Wrap | Spin, wrap opposite calves |
| Spin Thigh Wrap | Spin, wrap opposite thighs |
| Split High Low Triple | split one reverse butterfly while one over shoulder to low behind back |
| Split Triple | split one reverse butterfly in front while the other does two spins low behind the back |
| Staggered | both spin at different beats |
| Staggered High Low | staggered High Low Turn |
| Standing Wrap | Crouching Tiger, lift a leg & wrap calf |
| Superfly | Large Butterfly, both over shoulders behind back |
| Swank | Split Butterfly in front and one behind back low |
| Swing | Forward & Reverse Stalls without spin |
| Switching Flutter | High Low Flutter but switching |
| Switching Soaring | High Low Soaring but switchin |
| Swooping Butterfly | Butterfly both circle in front and behind back low |
| Thigh Wrap | forward wrap around thigh |
| Threading the Needle | Push Through but rubbing hands along arm |
| Tiger Helicoper | both flat low & both over head |
| Tilted Butterfly | Butterfly to the side with one arm behind back |
| Triple Circle | Reverse Butterfly followed by two circles behind the back |
| Triple Cross | Cross three times while moving arms over head |
| Tuck Turn | start the Weave on one side, turn to other side, Reverse Weave |
| Turn | Forward, 180 degree turn, Backward |
| Twist | both spinning in the same direction in front |
| Twist Over | Twist, laying on back, spin legs in air and Twisting, arm under leg |
| Twisting | reversing right to left to right to left Twist |
| Waist Wrap | wrap one direction around your waist |
| Washing the Hair | alternating flat spin over head |
| Weave | rolling right over left and left over right chasing figure 8 |
| Weave Around | Weave to the side, Reverse Weave to the other side |
| Weave Bicep Wrap | Weave and wrap one bicep every other time |
| Weave Thigh Wrap | Weave and wrap one thigh every other time |
| Weave Turn | Weave, 180 degree turn, Reverse Weave |
| Wheels | Inside spin at the same time |
| Windmill | one direction Weave over head |
| Wrist Wrap | wrap around wrist |
| Yoga | Forward, lift one leg and spin under and on the outside of leg |
| Yoga Foot Wrap | Yoga, but with a foot wrap from the outside |
